If you're coming from the north,
take SLE/TPE, and exit to Loyang Ave (towards Changi Village). *

If you're coming from the west,
you can either take AYE/ECP or PIE to TPE/SLE, and exit to Loyang Ave (towards Changi Village). *

* Go along Loyang Ave (it's quite a long and windy route) and turn left into Cranwell Road. Our chalets are located along Cranwell, Gosport, Andover, Leuchars, Catterick, Netheravon, Halton, Sealand and Biggin Hill Roads. You can check out our map to locate your chalet.

By Train & Bus

Take the east bound train to Tampines MRT station. Transfer to Bus no. 29. Check out our map to locate your chalet and determine where you should alight.

Take the east bound train to Pasir Ris MRT station. We have a Shuttle bus service commuting to & from Pasir Ris MRT station. Click here for the shuttle bus service schedule.

i would like to thank each and everyone of you for playing a role in the life of our class.
without even one of you,
our lives could be different.
the clock of fate seemed to have chosen each and every one of us specifically to play a part as a member of our family.
yes, we are family,
no matter how you choose to deny it,
our love for each other cannot be questioned,
be it the hatreds that inevitably stand in our way,
the joy that comes with each passing day,
and what we all have that brings us closer to each other.
yes, it is the word that begins with the big oh 'L', LOVE.

without love would we have been able to get along?
without love would there have been as much laughter as we had?
without love would we be able to get scolded for being late as a class for flag raising?
without love would we be able to get scolded for multi-littering on the floor?
without love could we call each other friends?
without love could we call ourselves family?

it is the love that has pulled us through.
it is the love that has comforted us through the hard times.
when you received your results, who did you cry on?
was it not of a fellow classmate that just wanted to share the love?

yup, thats the only thing i can do.
other than make you guys laugh with the not funny jokes you guys seem to think is HILARIOUS.

if you remembered the first time we stepped into our new but not-so-new campus,
where we dreaded every day,
dragging our feet to get to class and waiting for lessons to be over.
but knowing that travelling to and from school was tiring as it is,
why did we still dragged our butts all the way to school.
to be frank, i hated going to school.
i would cry everyday when i went home,
feeling like a little kid going to school for the first time.
but you know what made me wake up everyday?
it was you.
yes, everyone of you.
i love every person that spent half their year in the class of 2F talking,
laughing and learning.
not only did we learn the curriculum,
we learnt to love.
i learnt the meaning of friendship.
i was cultivated from young to never believe in friendship,
but you guys changed this mindset.
you guys were the friends everyone dreamed of.

the funny,
the stupid,
the smart,
the cute,
the pervertic,
the kind,
the retarded,
the lovely,
the one.

i would never trade anyone of you up for anything in this world.
remember year one orientation where we all were oblivious to all the unfamiliar faces and all we could do was to fake a smile and fake a handshake?
but then this frown turned upside down,
theres when the real fun started.

level camp was where we bonded a little more,
the first time we said good morning and heard my snorings. (and yes, i know you guys took a video)
to each other we were the first people we saw when we woke up and the last people we saw when we said goodnight.
the dances that made my butt look extra big (although i know how big it already is),
and the cheers that made us lose our voice.
we were unprepared for the performance, but prepared for our lives to know that these were the friends we will be with for a lifetime, these were friends forever.

and then a year past, we all were so excited for the holidays. but as we look back, didnt we want more?
then Xperience arrived.
the retarded running around singapore doing stuff with friends you would assume as worthless.
but then the friendships strengthened, and new friendships birthed.

the new seating arrangements were up,
some complained,
some shouted for glee.
but i was delighted.
to make new friends,
to be closer than before,
to be a family.

St. John Island,
the island of GI-nourmous bugs that invaded almost everywhere.
even though we were seperated, we longed for each day where we would be reunited,
to see the familiar smiles that lighted up our lives,
we had the fornax spirit,
and it is living in everyone of us.

then interclass came where we played with all our might.
and our guys emerged third.
we cheered like mad ppl (with no life)
but that made us happy that we were cheering on family.

and then the day of judgement arrived.
the last day of school.
tears streamed.
i was drowning.
drowning in tears.
the emotions were overwhelming,
imagining life without you guys makes me feel like im burning in hell.

i want to hold on to the memories so tight and never let it go.
i wanted so much.
but, we knew.
that all we could do was to watch each and everyone of us drifting away.
we knew all along,
even if we said we would be friends forever,
we knew we would never be as close as before.
we knew,
but we still cried.
and cried.
and cried.
we couldnt take the truth, we wanted all of this to be a lie.
we wanted to do the impossible,
to turn back time and do everything once again.
if that means taking part of my life away, i would do it, without a doubt.
to spend even a single minute more was sufficient.
i love you guys to bits.

even if we cannot be as close as before i hope the love for each other remains.
we are 'OHANA'
we are 'FAMILY'.
when i was torn,

EDITED, PLEASE READ AGAIN.

4th nov
take the shuttle bus anytime you want, reach by 2.30 and meet xinmin at the lobby.
people who have third lang can come after that and call us to meet you at lobby or pon (highly recommended =X)
for those coming on the second day, try to come in the morning :D

shuttle bus schedule:

from pasir ris mrt to aloha loyang
8am
8.15 am
8.30 am

after that it comes every hour until 9.15, the last bus is at 10pm.

as you can see, taking the shuttle bus is very troublesome because you have to transfer bus =/
so you might want to arrange to take a taxi together,

eh sorry couldn't go school today, joey say a lot of people bushuang the angel mortal thing, so just clear a few doubts first.

the touching words thing, no one ask you come out and say 'hope your father live well, hope your mother grow prettier, hope your family become most rich in singapore'. A simple 'remember me hor' also can man.

and the presents, no money also can understand, eoy over confirm all of you go shop or smth, then make something lah. If let say the mortal you have is not the person you prepared the present for, just prepare another one and give your original present to that person you wanted to give. no one said only can give present in angel and mortal la. You know i prepared something for chew wen yi liao, then yesterday i ask joey jolene they all make wen yi my mortal they say no -.-

Quick post here, there will be a special sort of 'angel and mortal' on the 1st night of the chalet, before everyone leaves.

Different from normal ones because we'll be calling out the angels and they will be announcing who is their mortals on the spot, pass the present and say a few touching words since it's the last year together.

the mortal then calls his or her mortal, and go on till everyone finish.

Good thing about this is, if you don't prepare something, it's going to be damn paiseh.

Bad thing about this is, there's still gonna be people not preparing anything. hope there'll only be 1 or 2 , preferably none.

Post the whole schedule tomorrow, reminder to those who didn't hand in the travel form to me yet and the post exam activities form to hand in to me tomorrow.

tomorrow morning i'll be pairing up the angel and mortals.
